We are constantly amazed by Wesley Chapel’s rapid growth and booming economy. We love building homes in such an exciting community. In the past several years, we’ve seen the opening of Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, Pasco Hernando State College’s Wesley Chapel Campus, and so much more. And now, even more businesses are on the way according to the New Tampa Neighborhood News.

Soon, the Cypress Creek Town Center North development, which is north of S.R. 56 and just a short drive from WaterGrass will open at least 10 new businesses. In addition, several businesses are opening near that area. New businesses include:

Restaurants:

  • Chuy’s (Tex Mex): From-scratch Tex-Mex dishes in a fun setting—be on the look out for an Elvis shrine.
  • Mellow Mushroom (Pizza): Specialty pizzas and a huge selection of craft beers in a “hippie” themed tie dye setting.
  • Bahama Breeze Island Grill (Caribbean-Inspired): Tropical drinks and Caribbean fare with a beach theme.

Shopping:

  • Men’s Warehouse
  • Great Clips
  • Mattress Firm
  • T-Mobil
  • Five Below
  • PetSmart
  • Dick’s Sporting Goods
  • Burlington Coat Factory

Grocery:

  • A potential green or boutique grocer has been proposed with planners by Hutton Development in a 23,820 square foot space at the northeast corner of S.R. 56 and Wesley Chapel Blvd.
  • Aldi has been proposed in another space.
  • A possible grocery store has been proposed in the Brightwork Crossing project.
