our builders answerOn occasion, we will be asking the WaterGrass builders various questions about their homes and life at WaterGrass in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This month, we were curious which homes were offered that were most popular for families with young children. WaterGrass is a great place for kids to grow up—it offers plenty of opportunities for recreation and fun. The community includes several parks and playgrounds, and bike and walking paths. WaterGrass Elementary School is located within the community. So what about the homes? Check out some of the builder’s responses to our monthly question.

Our Key Largo II has been extremely popular with our buyers with young children.  They love this open plan with 12’ ceilings, and specific zones for children and adults. It includes a bonus room, bedroom and bath upstairs where the kids can play with their friends. There is also a separate sitting area off of the owner’s retreat for parents to relax.

One of our most popular designs would be our Tradewinds Series. This plan comes in several sizes and has a kids retreat room for their favorite hobbies. The fantastic long kitchen island is a great place for kids to sit and work on their homework. It just lives well for young families

Bakerfield Luxury Homes offers several fantastic floorplans for families with young children, however the plan that best suits family living is the Bellaria with Bonus Room at 3,040 square feet. With an inviting open entry that flows into the main living area and a private master bedroom still within reach of the three bedrooms, the Bellaria with Bonus sets the standard in luxury family living. The Bonus Room upstairs offers plenty of space for kids to be kids. Bakerfield Luxury Homes currently has a Bellaria with Bonus as a Quick Move-In home in Summerglade at Watergrass.

The Venetian—It features 5 bedrooms/ 2.5-3 baths/ 2-3 car garage and ranges from 3078-3388 sq ft—4 bedrooms including the Master are upstairs, and a 5th bedroom is downstairs that many families use as a guest bedroom for the grandparents; it even includes a bonus room that can be extended as well as an option to add a 6th bedroom. You can also add a den/office downstairs. These days many families are looking to combine living quarters, and this floorplan gives you options to fit most every family lifestyle. It features a large covered lanai for outside playing and entertaining. Most families love this model for the simple reason that the kids mess is upstairs and out of the way!!!
