Tampa Bay Rays Entertain Fans with Dynamic Lineup

Disney’s Summer Nightastic!

Fun for the whole family, and less than an hour and a half away from Seven Oaks the various Summer Nightastic events are a great way to celebrate summer. Starting June 6th and continuing until August 14th, experience electrifying excitement as the sun sets.

In the Magic Kingdom Park, enjoy the return of Main Street Electrical Parade–always a Disney favorite. Tinker Bell now leads the parade with festive new floats inspired by Pinocchio and Snow White. Stand anywhere in Magic Kingdom, and gaze up at the sky as Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother welcomes you to watch the Summer Nightastic Fireworks Show. Vivid color and fantastic special effects dance to whimsical music that fills the air.

Guests can brave the Tower of Terror Re-Imagined in the night’s magical glow at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park. The once glamorous Hollywood Tower Hotel now features new special effects like a new high-adrenaline drop sequence, guaranteed to provide thrills for kids, teens and adults. On Hollywood Boulevard in front of the Sorcerer’s Hat, kids of all ages can party like a rock star every day except Mondays and Wednesdays at the Rock ‘n’ Glow Dance Party where electrifying music and special effects light up the night.

Over at Epcot, talented tribute bands honor iconic bands like the Rolling Stones, U2, the Eagles, Bon Jovi, Chicago, and the Bee Gees in the Sounds Like Summer Concert Series. Performing at the America Gardens Theatre, these cover bands are sure to fill your summer nights with music and magic as you stand under the skies of the open-air theatre.

Buckler's 18th Annual Craft Fair at the Tampa State Fairgrounds

Buckler’s 18th Annual Craft Fair and Food Drive is being held this year on Saturday, August 28th from 10am-5pm and Sunday, August 29th from 10am-4pm. This family friendly event offers Tampa Bay residents special gifts and unique, one-of-a-kind treasures for the home and garden. Sample delicious homemade fudge and gourmet delights then check out custom home decor, handcrafted furniture and garden and yard art. Try on custom made gold and silver jewelry, or browse artwork, ceramics, framed prints, and stained glass. Creative scrapbooking items, hair accessories, candles, dolls, pet items and cozy quilts will also be found at this popular event. Every hour, $20 shopping sprees will be given away and with a hand stamp, one paid admission is good for the whole weekend!
